You know the summer weather’s getting into full swing, when Gus starts lounging around in his fresh produce shirts. Today he is all set for cherry season!! Gus is also wearing cherry red for @mgbarbieworld‘s 1k celebration, this weekend! Congratulations!!

celebrating Ken’s 60th anniversary!The initial clothing collection,
created for Ken in 1961, was a study in classic menswear! Gus hopes to
capture a similar timelessness with his look today, but with a generous

Gus is heading off to give his pony, Barry, a workout. One shiny red apple and a point of country cred, for every item you can name, that Gus is bringing with him, including what could be in the spray bottle! Welcome to the pool party!!! Gus is ready to dive into summer, with four retro-inspired swim trunk designs; all included in the newest sewing pattern in my Etsy shop!! The pattern has options for high-rise and low-rise shorts, and designs for both stretch and non-stretch fabrics, and is ideal for hand sewing! This swim trunks pattern also fits both MTM Ken and IT Homme.

This miniature photographer's photography aesthetics are superlative, and I’m truly excited to see what she creates in the future!! Gus is joining in the milestone #darkorlight2500 celebration, themed around dark and light academic styles, with his own tweedy Ivy twist!
I’ve been really enjoying all the wonderful yearbook style photos people have been sharing here, for the Instagram #dollstagramyearbook2021 by @myfroggystuff ! So, I’m joining in, last minute, with Gus’ comp card pics, featuring a very academic main photo, inspired by some of my old school portrait experiences! 😆 A comp card is like a fashion model’s personal brochure or business card, usually with a portrait on one side, and a gallery with stats on the other. A whole collection of comp cards starts to look a lot like a school yearbook, so I thought this was a perfect opportunity to make one for Gus.
