Bryce is out
running some last minute errands before the weekend, in a comfy pair of
khaki overalls, and an oversized graphic T. 😎
I’m happy to
report that the Tiny Apparel overalls pattern (0017) fits Ken dolls with
the new, more muscular build! Bryce’s shirt, here, was made with
pattern 0021 🧵🪡📍
Happy First
Day of June! 😀 Where I live, it’s also the first scorcher of the
season, over 90°F, with humid hazy conditions.😅 To stay comfortable,
Gus is wearing a matching cotton resort shirt (pattern 0019) and bucket
hat (pattern 0004).

Gus has been
working hard, training Sinatra to be a triple threat! That’s right, the
beagle can sing, he can act, and now he can dance! 😆 Here, Sinatra is
doing a leg weave; a classic move in Canine Musical Freestyle
competitions.

new sewing pattern is in the shop! 😃 This one includes instructions
for making a classic flat cap, and a slouchy beret. Both designs are
beginner friendly, and created with hand sewing in mind. Swipe through,

Working
on this project has been an incredible honor for me! It has taken me
almost a year to complete, and is a project of many firsts; Including my
first time rerooting a doll, my first time working with this type of
curly hair, and my first time customizing a mini molded hat! I’ve
carefully assembled a collection of accessories and pieces, for this
tiny gentleman, inspired by Sunflowerman’s more casual styles. However, I
will leave any face repainting to the talents of @sunflowerman himself. If you’ve seen his work, you’ll understand why! 😁

going to be a chilly and rainy week, but Gus is staying warm in his

that I truly enjoy: that OG black, white, red, and blue scheme, and the
easy chic style that makes me think of mid century super models, like

It doesn’t have a name on it!” Camp counselors, Gus and Lucian, are
passing back the camper’s tie dye projects, at #dgsummercamp22, after the pieces were washed and dried.

Back at Dollstagram Summer Camp, camp counselors, Gus and Lucian, are leading their campers through birdhouse building. 🛠
Some
bird species are picky, and prefer specific box depths and entry
diameters on their houses. Lucian made sure to bring a helpful list of
measurements, so everyone could build a house to suit the taste of the
birds in their backyards.

Today, as camp
counselors at Dollstagram Summer Camp, Gus and Lucian are talking about
pollinators, before going on an insect finding expedition. Here, Gus is
demonstrating how to use a sampling net. He’s about to catch a very rare
butterfly indeed!
