made his shirt from a striped floral print, designed for quilting
borders. Those types of prints really lend themselves to making mini
shirts; with small motifs and their own built in trim, that can be used
for edging the front, or sleeves.

Gus is in an Art Deco kind of mood. 😆 Today’s looking like it’s going to be a scorcher, so he’s staying inside, out of the sun, in his comfy kimono shirt, and I don’t blame him! ⛱🌴

Gus is breaking all the rules. 😆 We heard there was a #dollstagram
party today with the dress code: “creative.” So, Gus, here, is giving
it his all: mixing casual with formal; winter with summer; modern with
classic, and Jordans with a deerstalker! I think the end result has a
touch of @thombrowne
insanity. 😂 It also reminds me of the fact that A.A. Milne (author of
Winnie-the-Pooh) once wrote a really good Sherlock Holmes fan fiction in
the 1920s. 🤣
